Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and develop AI and Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex problems in various industries
Design and implement experiments to test the performance of AI and Machine Learning models
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends for predictive modeling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and Machine Learning solutions into existing systems and processes
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning and apply them to improve our products and services
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of new AI and Machine Learning solutions
Present research findings and progress to stakeholders and team members
Write research papers and publish them in relevant conferences and journals
Mentor and guide junior researchers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI and Machine Learning

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning research and development
Strong understanding of various AI and Machine Learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning
Hands-on experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven track record of publishing research papers in peer-reviewed conferences and journals
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning
