Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various types of machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor various types of machinery including but not limited to lathes, mills, presses, and grinders.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to set up and adjust machines according to specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Accurately record production data and maintain production logs for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining various types of machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to record and maintain production data.
