Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design a wide range of creative materials such as digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, branding materials, packaging designs, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the company's brand image.
Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and consistent design output.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into design concepts and strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and project management experience is a plus.
