Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fund-raising strategies to meet the organization's financial goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
• Create and maintain a database of donors and sponsors, including contact information and donation history
• Plan and coordinate fund-raising events, such as charity dinners, auctions, and walks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fund-raising events and campaigns
• Utilize social media and other online platforms to promote fund-raising efforts and engage with donors
• Monitor and analyze fund-raising data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions
• Provide timely reports on fund-raising progress and results to the organization's leadership team
• Manage and acknowledge all donations and maintain accurate records for tax purposes
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and other stakeholders to ensure their continued support and involvement in fund-raising initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fund-raising or a similar role in a non-profit organization
• Proven track record of successfully meeting fund-raising goals and managing fund-raising events
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in using various social media platforms and other online tools for fund-raising purposes
• Knowledge of fund-raising software and databases
