Position: AI & Machine Learning Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI & Machine Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that will drive business growth and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI and Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and create predictive models to drive business decisions.
• Build and maintain large datasets, ensuring data quality and accessibility for Machine Learning processes.
• Utilize various Machine Learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to develop innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning and continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve our processes.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the seamless integration of Machine Learning models into existing systems.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop AI-powered features and products that will enhance the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of AI and Machine Learning best practices and guidelines for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, with a strong background in developing predictive models and algorithms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI and Machine Learning projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
