Position Title: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing various educational programs for our organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure the success and growth of these programs while providing support to both students and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of our organization
• Collaborate with teachers and other educators to create curriculum and lesson plans
• Coordinate with schools and other educational institutions to promote our programs and recruit students
• Manage the enrollment process and maintain accurate records of student information
• Oversee the scheduling and logistics of classes, workshops, and other educational activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments
• Provide support and resources to students and educators to enhance their learning experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance program offerings
• Develop and manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and submitting reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in education to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with educational software and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for education and a strong understanding of current educational practices and trends
