Job Title: Creative Design Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Director to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Creative Design Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our creative design department, ensuring that our brand and visual identity is consistently and effectively communicated through all design materials. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image and driving the creative direction of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team produces high-quality and impactful design work.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring that all designs are on-brand and meet the highest standards of quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our design work to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and all deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Review and provide feedback on all design materials to ensure they meet our brand standards and effectively communicate our messaging.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to support our design needs when necessary.
• Develop and manage the design budget, making strategic decisions to maximize resources and achieve the best results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative design role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including branding, print, digital, and multimedia.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.
