Position: ML Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and drive business insights. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build and deploy scalable ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and transform data for model development
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Optimize and tune models for maximum performance and scalability
- Work with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary updates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of ML and data science
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying ML solutions in a production environment
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or Java
- Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature extraction techniques
- Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis methods
- Familiarity with cloud computing and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
