Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire product development process, including conceptualization, design, development, and launch.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify unmet needs and potential opportunities for new biotechnology products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to develop and execute product development plans.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements and new product developments.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in biotechnology and apply new technologies and techniques to enhance product development processes.
Communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers, to provide updates on product development progress and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching new biotechnology products.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of product development processes, including design control, risk management, and quality systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
