Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement MongoDB database solutions that align with our business needs and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure efficient and effective database design.
Perform database maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure data integrity and performance.
Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to facilitate data migration and integration.
Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards and procedures.
Monitor database performance and make necessary improvements to optimize database functionality.
Identify and resolve database issues in a timely manner, working closely with the development team.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MongoDB development to continuously improve our database systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MongoDB database development.
Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data migration.
Proficient in MongoDB query language and database administration.
Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
