• Conduct research and gather data to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and other relevant documentation.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with program activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with program participants, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
• Plan and organize special events and activities to enhance the learning experience of our students.
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices to continuously improve our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program development and coordination.
• Knowledge of educational principles, theories, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
