Virtual Learning Facilitator

This is a remote position, and the Virtual Learning Facilitator will work from their home office. The facilitator may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate participants in different time zones. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate in-person training sessions. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Virtual Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a Virtual Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and interactive learning experience for our remote learners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our virtual training programs are delivered effectively to our participants, leading to their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive online training courses and workshops using various virtual learning tools and platforms.
• Deliver virtual training sessions to a diverse audience, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update course content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to enhance learning outcomes, such as case studies, group discussions, and simulations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to participants to facilitate their learning and development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of virtual training programs, making necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest virtual learning tools and techniques, incorporating them into the training programs to keep them current and relevant.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluation results.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop virtual training programs to meet those needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Learning Facilitator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of virtual learning tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners in a virtual environment.
• Ability to design and develop interactive training content using various instructional techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
