Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all operations of the sportsbook, including but not limited to customer service, risk management, and team management.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sports betting trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a thorough understanding of industry rules and regulations.
Lead a team of sportsbook staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including sports leagues and governing bodies.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sportsbook operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of sports betting and the sports industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proven track record of driving revenue and increasing profitability in a sportsbook environment.
Experience with sportsbook software and systems, such as OddsMatrix and Betradar, preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
