You will be responsible for managing a team of investment bankers and overseeing all aspects of the investment banking process, from deal sourcing to execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of investment bankers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and drive results for our clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, providing strategic advice and assisting them in achieving their financial objectives
• Identify and source new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and close deals
• Oversee the execution of complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financings
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence, evaluating potential investments and providing recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operations, to ensure the successful completion of transactions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, and use this knowledge to inform your decision-making and provide valuable insights to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of success in deal execution and team management
• Strong understanding of financial markets, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential
