About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and supporting the underwriting and due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and development projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and ever-evolving world of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in target markets
• Prepare detailed financial models, including pro forma projections and sensitivity analyses, to evaluate the financial viability of potential acquisitions and development projects
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and development teams to support underwriting and due diligence activities, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements, property documents, and market data
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investors, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Monitor and track market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment strategies and decision-making
• Assist with the preparation of investment packages and marketing materials for potential investors and lenders
• Support asset management activities, including property performance analysis, lease review, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals to stay informed on market trends and investment opportunities
• Continuously improve and streamline processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in acquisitions or asset management
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
• In-depth understanding of real estate fundamentals, including valuation methods, cash flow analysis, and market trends
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of real estate databases and market research tools is a plus
