Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of educational programs, as well as managing all aspects of program administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with company objectives and meet the needs of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to design curriculum and lesson plans.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including teachers, assistants, and volunteers.
• Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis and student feedback.
• Plan and organize program events, such as field trips, guest speakers, and workshops.
• Communicate program updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, student attendance, and assessment results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant education standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for education and commitment to providing a positive learning experience for students.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
