Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards for quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a track record of success in managing a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and budgeting.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Train, develop, and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while controlling costs and maintaining budgetary goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, responding to feedback and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including managing food preparation and presentation.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations to enhance the restaurant's success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
