Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process, ensuring products are manufactured in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor production output and quality to ensure all standards are met
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively
Train, mentor, and motivate production workers to achieve maximum productivity and quality
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed to ensure uninterrupted production
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production workers
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to improve production processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management
Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and meeting targets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
