About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trade and Development Officer to join our team. As a Trade and Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and development in our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote trade and investment opportunities, as well as fostering partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade and investment strategies to increase market opportunities for our organization.
• Conduct market research to identify potential trade partners and investment opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing trade partners and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and address barriers to trade and investment.
• Identify and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our organization and its products/services.
• Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to educate stakeholders on trade and investment opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze global market trends, trade policies, and regulations that may impact our organization's operations.
• Work closely with government agencies and other organizations to advocate for favorable trade policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to update management on trade and investment activities and results.
• Stay updated on international trade and investment trends and provide recommendations to improve our organization's competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade and investment or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade and investment strategies.
• Strong understanding of international trade policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
