Job Title: Community Outreach Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Community Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing community outreach strategies to engage and connect with various stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of community outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community outreach plans to engage and build relationships with community members, stakeholders, and organizations.
• Identify and collaborate with key partners to support and promote community initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring effective communication and understanding of community needs and concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local government officials and agencies to advocate for the needs of the community.
• Conduct research and gather data to identify community needs and trends.
• Develop and manage a budget for community outreach initiatives.
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with the community and promote events and programs.
• Develop and manage volunteer programs to support community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and support for community outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community outreach strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing community events and programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
