Job Description: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Manager to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of educational programs and materials for our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.
• Lead the design, development, and evaluation of educational programs and materials, including courses, workshops, and training modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of curriculum content.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify learning objectives and instructional strategies that meet the needs of our target audience.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing curriculum, making necessary updates and improvements as needed.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Manage a team of curriculum developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new educational programs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to curriculum based on their input.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating successful educational programs and materials.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a team of curriculum developers or instructional designers.
• Proficient in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development models.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and educational technology.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative curriculum solutions.
