Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they are trained and motivated to meet production goals.

Oversee the production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand and deadlines.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.

Develop and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the wood manufacturing industry.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Strong understanding of production processes, including experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.

Understanding of safety and quality standards.

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
