Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, strategies, and programs to reduce the company's environmental impact
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability
Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for sustainable practices in all aspects of the company's operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into the company's policies, procedures, and practices
Monitor and track the progress of sustainability programs and initiatives, and report on their effectiveness
Conduct regular audits to assess the company's environmental impact and identify areas for improvement
Advise on the selection and implementation of sustainable technologies and materials
Stay informed on local, state, and federal regulations and ensure the company's compliance with environmental laws and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and community organizations, to advance sustainable initiatives
Educate and train employees on sustainable practices and initiatives
Communicate the company's sustainability efforts to stakeholders, including customers, investors, and the public

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment
