Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of our education programs. Your main objective will be to ensure that our education programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with our organization's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various teams, including curriculum development, marketing, and operations, to ensure the success of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for the successful delivery of our education programs
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to create engaging and effective program content
• Oversee the recruitment and training of instructors for the education programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the education programs and make necessary improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our education programs
• Manage program budgets and ensure the proper allocation of resources
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education program management
• Provide leadership and support to the education program team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing education programs
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of current education trends and best practices
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
