Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate educational programs, including curriculum development and lesson planning
• Ensure that all programs align with educational standards and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote educational programs
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to identify and address the educational needs of students
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data collection and analysis
• Develop and manage program budgets, including securing funding and grants
• Coordinate logistics for educational events, such as field trips, guest speakers, and workshops
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on educational programs and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and best practices to inform program development and implementation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to educational programs
• Provide support and guidance to teachers and volunteers involved in educational programs
• Participate in meetings and committees to contribute to the overall vision and direction of the organization's educational programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Previous experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting
• Knowledge of educational standards, curriculum development, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
