Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources
Conduct needs assessments and work with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and content
Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Design and develop assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and other team members to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials
Ensure that all materials are accessible and comply with relevant standards and guidelines
Review and revise existing materials to keep content current and relevant
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory
Continuously improve processes and tools used for instructional design and development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
Proficient in graphic design and multimedia development
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
