Job Title: Non-Profit Organization Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-Profit Organization Manager to lead and manage our organization's operations and strategic initiatives. As the Non-Profit Organization Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization, including fundraising, program development, financial management, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the community and possess strong leadership skills to drive our organization towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
• Oversee and manage all fundraising efforts, including grant writing, donor relations, and fundraising events
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to support the organization's mission
• Manage the organization's budget and financial resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities to support the organization's growth and sustainability
• Develop and implement programs and services in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes
• Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Represent the organization in public events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission and vision
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for non-profit organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a non-profit organization
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and grant writing
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving organizational goals
• Passion for the non-profit sector and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents
