Position: Data Warehousing Manager

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Data Warehousing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Data Warehousing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehousing systems. You will work closely with our data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams to ensure the smooth operation of our data warehouse and its integration with various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data warehousing strategies and solutions to support business objectives and data analysis needs
• Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts to design, build, and maintain data warehouse infrastructure and processes
• Monitor and maintain data quality, integrity, and security within the data warehouse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design data models that align with business needs
• Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the data warehouse, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to load data into the data warehouse
• Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures
• Proactively identify and resolve data warehouse performance issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g. Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery) is preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
