Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new semiconductor devices, including transistors, diodes, and integrated circuits, according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Utilize industry standard software and tools to create and simulate designs, including CAD software and SPICE simulation.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and improve designs.
• Collaborate with other engineers and team members to develop and implement design solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot prototypes to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.
• Document and present design concepts, progress, and results to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in semiconductor technology.
• Adhere to quality standards and ensure designs are compliant with relevant regulations and safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in semiconductor device design and development.
• Proficiency in CAD software and SPICE simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical concepts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
