We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Intelligence Manager to lead our GEOINT team, driving projects that leverage the power of geospatial data and analytics.

Role Overview: The Geospatial Intelligence Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of geospatial intelligence projects. This role involves leading a team of geospatial analysts and specialists, managing project portfolios, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality geospatial solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the GEOINT team, setting goals, monitoring work, and evaluating results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.Oversee the development and implementation of geospatial intelligence projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GIS developers, data analysts, and project managers, to integrate geospatial intelligence into broader project objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring the company's geospatial intelligence offerings are aligned with those needs.Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in geospatial intelligence to continually improve the team's capabilities and the company's offerings.

Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Remote Sensing, or a related field, with significant experience in geospatial intelligence.Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects in the geospatial or related fields.Strong technical foundation in geospatial analysis methods and technologies, with the ability to guide and advise on complex geospatial projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
