Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase international trade for the company.
Research and identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with international partners, suppliers, and distributors.
Negotiate and manage contracts with international partners.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and laws.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to support international trade activities.
Provide regular reports and updates on international trade activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade, preferably in Import & Export.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and laws.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful international partnerships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in a second language Spanish is preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
