Position: Bank Teller

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank and responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient banking operations while building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, assist them with their transactions and provide information about bank products and services
• Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our banking products and services to help them make informed decisions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales targets
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including security and compliance regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide excellent customer service
• Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
