About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Leasing Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease agreements. You will work closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, while also maintaining a high level of customer service for our tenants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leasing department, including managing leasing agents, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including creating and distributing marketing materials, managing online listings, and coordinating with advertising agencies
• Screen potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background and credit checks, and verifying income and rental history
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Train and mentor leasing agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and meet performance targets
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure all units are properly maintained and ready for move-in
• Monitor and report on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and market trends to management
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all leasing laws and regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing software
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
