• Plan and coordinate community events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer management.
• Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and presentations.
• Develop and manage partnerships with community organizations to support our mission and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay informed about community issues and trends, and identify opportunities for our organization to make a positive impact.
• Act as a liaison between our organization and the community, responding to inquiries and providing information and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that outreach efforts align with overall organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
• Proven experience in event planning and project management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of community engagement strategies and best practices.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the community.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
