Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule all deliveries to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.
Communicate with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide accurate delivery estimates.
Monitor and track delivery progress, providing timely updates to all parties involved.
Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Identify and resolve any delivery delays or issues, working with appropriate teams to find solutions.
Continuously monitor delivery costs and seek opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain accurate records of delivery data, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer feedback.
Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained for timely deliveries.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in delivery logistics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Knowledge of delivery routes and geographical locations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
