Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning solutions for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives, and design effective training solutions that meet those needs
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze existing training materials to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Design and develop learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and other supporting materials
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate a variety of instructional techniques, such as simulations, scenarios, and games, to enhance learning retention and application
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of all learning materials
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve our training programs
• Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to implement and evaluate training programs, making necessary revisions to improve effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs
• Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS)
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus
