Position Title: IT Project Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects
• Identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure project scope and requirements are clearly defined and managed throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Conduct project assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance project delivery processes
• Track project expenses and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and escalate as needed
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and organized for future reference

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with project management software, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
