Title: Shuttle Driver

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a clean driving record. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and potential for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
• Greet passengers and assist with loading and unloading of luggage
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times by following traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any passenger concerns or needs during the journey
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including punctuality and dress code
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and the public

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a shuttle or transportation setting
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with passengers of all backgrounds
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds of luggage
• Must have the ability to bend, stoop, and reach to assist passengers with luggage
• Must have good vision and hearing, with or without corrective devices
• Ability to withstand various weather conditions while loading and unloading passengers and luggage
