Job Overview: As a Courier Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and documents to our clients. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service at all times. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations within specified timeframes
• Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Verify packages and documents for accuracy and completeness before delivery
• Handle cash and credit transactions for collection and delivery fees
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and transactions
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on delivery status
• Resolve any delivery issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve delivery processes and customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in a courier service or delivery role is preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using GPS and other navigation tools
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages up to 50lbs
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
