Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control tests and analyses on nanotechnology products at various stages of production
Verify that products meet industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with the research and development team to develop and implement quality control procedures
Monitor and maintain quality control records and documentation
Identify and troubleshoot any quality issues and work with the production team to resolve them
Review and approve product specifications and manufacturing processes
Conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Train and mentor junior quality control analysts
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in nanotechnology to ensure our products remain competitive and safe for consumer use

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the nanotechnology industry
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices in nanotechnology
Experience with analytical techniques such as SEM, TEM, and AFM
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for nanotechnology products
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
