Position: Academic Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Academic Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of our academic programs. This is a challenging and dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic program goals and objectives in alignment with the institution's strategic plan
• Collaborate with faculty members to design and revise curriculum, course schedules, and program materials
• Manage and maintain program databases, including student records, enrollment, and graduation data
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and other academic events
• Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently
• Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry professionals and community organizations
• Evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement
• Plan and organize program orientations, information sessions, and other student engagement activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in academic program management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic program management or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience working with diverse student populations and faculty members
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations
