Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional displays
Create and maintain merchandising guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all stores and channels
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
Train and educate store teams on proper merchandising techniques and standards
Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory management team to ensure optimal product availability
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, sales teams, and store managers
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop eye-catching and effective promotional displays and campaigns
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in merchandising, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a merchandising role within the retail industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with merchandising software is a plus
Willingness to travel for store visits and vendor meetings as needed
