Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum for various educational programs, including online courses, workshops, and training materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessment methods.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of our educational programs.
Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia resources, that support the learning objectives.
Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for our audience.
Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards.
Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback to make necessary improvements to the curriculum.
Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on the delivery of curriculum materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for educational programs.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in education technology and incorporate them into curriculum development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using authoring tools and learning management systems.
Experience working with subject matter experts and facilitating focus groups.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
