Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy and operations
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects for clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team
• Knowledge of various industries and business models, with the ability to adapt and apply expertise to different clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
