Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that support our company's growth and strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and design solutions that will enable our organization to make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data solutions that support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Identify and integrate relevant data sources to create comprehensive data sets
• Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data ingestion
• Implement data quality checks and monitor data integrity on an ongoing basis
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Identify and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data consistency and security

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database design and data modeling
• Proficient in ETL tools, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Experience with data warehousing and data lake concepts
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data solutions
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java, is a plus
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark, is a plus
