Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary improvements.
• Monitor and respond to security alarms and incidents, including conducting investigations and providing detailed reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop emergency response plans and procedures.
• Train and educate employees on security awareness and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and prepare incident reports as needed.
• Conduct background checks and screenings on employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Coordinate with external law enforcement agencies and emergency services in the event of a security breach or emergency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing security protocols.
• Excellent knowledge of security systems, protocols, and fire safety systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other security-related software.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
