Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Assembly Line Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Assembly Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that daily production targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing an assembly line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assembly line, including setting production goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and coach assembly line workers to ensure that they are performing their tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages and delays in production.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth and timely production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new assembly line employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an assembly line supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of assembly line processes and equipment.
• Proven ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production-related software.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
