Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the dairy industry
• Identify new business opportunities and effectively sell our dairy products to meet sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competition within the dairy industry
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
