FastTrack Delivery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and recording any discrepancies
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using computer systems
Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues
Inspect and record the condition of incoming and outgoing products
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
Keep the warehouse and shipping/receiving area clean and organized
Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliations
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
Strong computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Forklift certification is a plus
