Position: Education Program Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, responsible for coordinating and managing education programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a background in education and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of education programs, including scheduling, curriculum development, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, and other educational institutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives
• Recruit and train volunteers or staff to assist with program delivery
• Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and make recommendations for program enhancements
• Create and maintain program materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations
• Manage program budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget guidelines
• Communicate with program participants and their families to provide program updates and address any concerns
• Organize and facilitate events and workshops related to education programs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote education programs to the community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management
• Strong understanding of educational principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working with students and/or teachers in an educational setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with program evaluation and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
